**Position Summary**

Perform tasks involving physical labor at heavy construction projects. Responsible for multiple types of activities required to perform the driving of different types of piles using various equipment in accordance with design drawings, specifications and instructions.

**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**

• Assembling pile driving leads, connecting hoses, rigging material and equipment.
• Shakeout of items to be installed into erectable sequence and rigging of same for crane hoisting with a thorough knowledge and use of crane signals.
• Loads, transports and unloads material, tools, equipment and supplies.
• Assist other craft workers as needed
• Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
