Job Description

We are hiring a Captain for a privately owned Pilatus PC‑12 NG, Malta‑registered, operated under EASA private rules across Europe. This is a long‑term role for a mature pilot. The PC‑12 is forgiving to fly; what keeps a private operation safe is judgment, temperament and the discipline to say “nogo” when it matters. We will trade raw hours for that kind of decision making any day.

• Retired or semi‑retired airline captains who want to keep flying with a versátil, well structured arrangement
• Experienced corporate pilots and senior flight instructors with a long track record of conservative airmanship

Beyond flying, the Captain will own the day‑to‑day operation of the aircraft: scheduling with the principal, maintenance coordination with the CAMO, supplier relationships (handling, hangar, insurance) and monthly reporting to the owner.
