**What you’ll do:**
主导制造流程的建议和持续改进项目，构建高效率和高质量的制造流程
1.负责生产标准流程的建立和维护
2.主导CI项目，以减少过程中的任何浪费，提高生产效率和制造过程质量。
3.设计夹具以提高效率和防错
4.与NPI合作推出新产品并负责DFM审查
5.制作PFMEA / SOP和培训操作员
**Qualifications:**
+ 本科及以上学历；
+ 电子产品组装经验， **制造领域工艺工程师** 工作经验；
+ 熟悉精益生产（Lean Production）理念及相关工具；
+ 具备良好的沟通协调能力和问题解决能力；
+ 具备良好的英文书面表达能力。
