Physiotherapist — Frailty & Elder Rehab Specialist

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated physiotherapist to join the Medicine of the Older Adult service. You will deliver comprehensive assessment and rehabilitation for frailty and multi-morbidity within a multidisciplinary team, and support timely discharge in line with Discharge without Delay principles.

The role offers development in frailty and rehabilitation pathways, with strong clinical reasoning and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
