Job Overview

Assists the senior physiotherapist to ensure the physiotherapy service to the assigned unit(s) is efficient and effective.

Contributes to the sustainable implementation of plans for strategy, finance, quality, patient safety, accessibility, marketing, manpower, cultural diversity, risk, infection control, equipment and technology for effective and efficient business and clinical practice and patient satisfaction for the designated unit(s).

Responsibilities

• Receives guidance and development from supervisor senior on their unit(s) designated areas for objective setting, appraisals, skill and equipment competency and training, duty rosters, annual leave, supervision and reflective practice and the delegation of tasks, etc.
