Physician & Professional Services Director

**Job Description:**
The Director of Physician and Provider Recruitment is responsible for leading the collaboration of design, implementation, and execution of physician and advanced practice professional (APP) recruitment strategies across Essentia Health. The Director is accountable and responsible for the provider recruitment team, builds and sustains trusted partnerships with medical and operational leaders, and drives continuous improvement through data, market insight, and innovation.

**Education Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies for physicians and APPs, aligned with Essentia’s goals and patient care priorities
