Physician Pathology - Competitive Salary

The Department of Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco is seeking an outstanding candidate for a full-time faculty position with focus on clinical service, teaching and research, primarily in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pathology.

Candidates within the first two years of completing a Gastrointestinal-Hepatobiliary Pathology fellowship are preferred, and the selected candidate will be appointed as HS Clinical Instructor or Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in the HS Clinical or Clinical X career tracks, depending on the level of experience and qualifications.

Candidates must have an MD degree, or equivalent, valid California Medical License or qualifications to obtain one, GI and/or Hepatobiliary Pathology Fellowship completion by the time of hiring date or experience in GI and/or Hepatobiliary Pathology subspecialties is required, and be Board Certified or Board eligible in Anatomic Pathology by the time of appointment.
