Location: Greater Jacksonville, FL Area
Hourly Compensation: $230 – 260K per year base salary + Sign bonus + Quarterly bonus + 100K retention bonus + Patient visits productivity bi-weekly bonuses + 401K + Full robust benefits package. Relocation bonus if required.
