Salary range:

$219,274.50 annually along with HOOPP and extended health benefits

Medical Director or Director of Community Health

Locations:

Primary Location: Flemingdon Health Centre at 10 Gateway Blvd, Secondary Location: Fairview Health Centre at 5 Fairview Drive, Health Access Thorncliffe Park (HATP) at 45 Overlea Blvd.
