**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**
Responsible for assistance in administering prescribed programs of physical therapy and assist with patient evaluations.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the PA board of Physical Therapy. AHA BLS required.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):**
Associate's degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from a program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association plus minimum 3 months of experience preferred.
**PHYSCIAL REQUIREMENTS*:**
Able to stand and walk frequently; sit occasionally.
Able to lift/carry 0-20 frequently; 21-50 lbs oc...
