Physical Therapist Assistant – PACE Program
Pay Range: $32.40 – $45.36/hr + comprehensive benefits

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our mission-driven PACE team, serving seniors who wish to remain independent and engaged in their communities. In this full-time onsite role, you’ll work closely with a Physical Therapist to support participant evaluations, implement treatment plans, and deliver rehabilitative interventions that promote mobility, strength, safety, and overall quality of life.
  
  You’ll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to whole-person care—helping older adults maintain independence, avoid hospitalization, and remain safely at home.
