Job Summary:
The Industrial Physical Therapist provides onsite physical therapy services focused on injury prevention, early intervention, functional improvement, and ergonomic risk reduction. This role partners with the client and internal WorkCare teams to support employee health, reduce injury-related costs, and promote safe, sustainable work performance.
Schedule: 50 hours per week; Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm. (10 hours of overtime each week).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite physical therapy evaluations and interventions within scope of practice and state regulations.
- Deliver early intervention services to address musculoskeletal discomfort before recordable injury occurs.
- Identify cases requiring medical referral and coordinate appropriate escalation.
