Job Description The Impact You Can Make Team Impact Primary focus of the physical therapist assistant is to provide direct Physical Therapy to patients according to an evaluation and treatment plan established by a primary physical therapist. How You Will Fulfill Your Potential Responsibilities Provide therapy for patients of all ages consistent with clinical guidelines and protocols according to the PT treatment plan outlined by a Physical Therapist. Monitor and modify the treatment plan and goals as indicated by treatment response, monitor equipment use and safety, record patient charges. Consistently provide education to patient and families regarding their condition/treatment in conjunction with other team members. Effectively document and communicate treatment progress.
