Physical Collateral Examination Associate

**In this role, you will:**

+ Schedule and route daily travel to customer locations within an assigned geographic area, incorporating overnight stays to reduce travel time for optimum productivity.
+ Physically inspect inventory and assess the condition to confirm the collateralized position.
+ Reconcile discrepancies with the customer and document details to support final inventory inspection results.
+ Build relationships with customers through setting inspection expectations, answering questions, providing support with payment systems and raising customer growth inquiries to our commercial and portfolio teams.
+ Communicate with manager, account manager and peers to resolve issues and escalate risks.
