The News Photographer operates television or video cameras to record images or scenes for news reports.
• Cover general news assignments in a fast-paced newsgathering environment, utilizing electronic video camera, cell phone, editing equipment, and other equipment that may be relevant to a story• Strong understanding of various media formats and camera equipment• Operate live ENG remote newsgathering equipment• Ability to work overtime, extra hours• Ability to work several different shifts• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions• Ability to be available in the event of breaking news• Ability to respond quickly to breaking news


+ Requirements & Skills :


+ Fluency in English

+ High School diploma

+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

+ Minimum two years’ experience operating video recording equipment (More for larger markets and less for smaller markets)
