Phone Technician Lead

**MANTECH**  seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Phone Technician Lead** to join our team in  **McLean, VA.** In this role, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems, including VoIP and legacy phone systems. As the Lead, you will balance hands-on technical expertise with strong team leadership and administrative capabilities, managing a multi-skilled team to ensure high-quality service delivery across Northern Virginia.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Lead and mentor a team of Phone Technicians, supporting all facets of telephone installation, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting a variety of telephone hardware (VoIP and legacy systems).
+ Oversee and support infrastructure tasks, including pulling, terminating, and dressing cabling in strict accordance with industry regulations and Sponsor standards.
