**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Phone Technician** to join our team in **Chantilly, VA.** In this role, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of telecommunications systems, including VoIP and legacy phone systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery across Northern Virginia.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Support all facets of telephone installation, maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting a variety of telephone hardware (VoIP and legacy systems).
+ Execute infrastructure tasks, including pulling, terminating, and dressing cabling in strict accordance with industry regulations and Sponsor standards.
+ Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including faulty connections, dropped calls, and hardware malfunctions.
+ Provision and configure telephony features, including call routing, voicemail systems, extensions, and standard phone features.
