Phlebotomy/ Certified Medical Assisting Instructor

Under the general supervision of the Director of EduConnect, the instructor will design and instruct the didactic and clinical components of a state approved phlebotomy training curriculum.

Responsibilities


+ Teach phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant classes using established accredited curricula.

+ Provide hands-on phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant skills training.

+ Provide motivational coaching, accountability, professionalism coaching, and general support to all students.

+ Prepare students to take the National Healthcare Association (NHA) exam; support those who fail to retest successfully.

+ Prepare students for a successful career in the phlebotomy and/or clinical medical assistant fields.

+ Maintain student attendance and grades; communicate student performance needs to the Success Coach.
