The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of the company to patients seeking routine care or important health insights. This role is responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

Conduct both forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties

Verify patient demographic information and obtain patient signatures post-venipuncture to confirm accurate labeling

Maintain required records and documentation
