The Phlebotomist II plays a key role in a fast-paced clinical environment by performing venipunctures and other specimen collections, ensuring accurate labeling and handling of samples, and delivering courteous, patient-focused service. This position supports high-volume laboratory operations in a women's health clinic and contributes to maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.
Responsibilities
+ Perform blood draws and other specimen collections, including urine and fecal samples, in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
+ Clearly and courteously explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures to patients to ensure understanding and comfort.
