PhD Researcher: Nanophotonics & Meta-Optics Innovations

Tampere University in Finland invites applications for a Doctoral Researcher in Nanophotonics and Meta-Optics. The Metaphotonics Group develops next-generation photonic technologies and metasurfaces, exploring quantum light–matter interactions in nanoscale devices.

The position is a three-year fixed-term PhD contract starting upon mutual agreement, with a six-month trial period. Starting salary for Doctoral Researchers is around EUR 3,000 per month, plus staff benefits and campus facilities.
