PhD Research Fellow - Fluid Mechanics & AI for Marine Acoustics

The University of Oslo is seeking a PhD Research Fellow in Fluid Mechanics to engage in innovative research on underwater acoustics using AI methodologies. This role will be based at the Department of Mathematics in Oslo and involves collaboration with PhD candidates and leading industry partners.

The ideal candidate should have strong computational skills, knowledge in acoustics or fluid mechanics, and experience applying AI techniques to physical problems. This project is part of the newly established Norwegian Maritime AI Centre.
