Pharmacy Technician - Ambulatory - Full Time Days - Southfield

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Location: Southfield

Schedule: Full Time - 40 hour day shifts, Work Schedule: 8 Hour shifts and rotate Saturday coverage

Pharmacy Hours: Monday- Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Closed Sundays)

Under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, assists in the distribution and processing of prescriptions and the sale of over-the-counter medications enters prescription data into computer. Performs billings and file maintenance. Receives
payments for prescriptions and other purchases. Assists in the stocking and storage of inventory. Interacts and communicates with the public. Reports to pharmacists.

PRINCPLE DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
