Job Description Summary
Retail Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in Southeast Health, Southeast Medicine Shop as dictated by the Alabama State Law.

Internal and External Customers:
Responsibilities:
+ Assist in preparation and safe dispensing of prescriptions (computer software inputting, counting, assisting with robotic dispensing), insurance adjudication and troubleshooting, providing high quality customer service, operating cash registers, inventory management.
Team Member:
+ Manages all information obtained with strict confidentiality to safeguard patient information from use by unauthorized personnel. Follows Southeast Health’s safety guidelines for self, patients, visitor, and employees. Follows Southeast Health’s safety infection prevention policies. Independently handles communications in a manner, which decreases conflic...
