Vacancy Description
- Assist Retail Supervisor to achieve sales targets for our retail pharmacy
- Provide good customer service and respond to customers’ queries and feedback in a timely manner
- Promote product offerings and make recommendations that suit customers’ needs
- Arrange delivery of products for subsidised patients and process subsidies
- Responsible for the opening and closing of pharmacy
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all in-store merchandise is well displayed and their price tags are up-to-date
- Operate POS systems for payments, discount, refunds and exchanges
- Ensure accuracy in handling float, cash and transactions
- Report any discrepancies in revenue to Pharmacy Manager
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and ensure that inventory is rotated in FEFO order
- Monitor expiry date of inventory
- Generate PO and perform stock receipt in an accurate and efficient way
