Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pharmasave in Kelowna, BC .

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
