Pharmacy Assistant – Masham, Ripon (North Yorkshire)

Day Lewis is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Assistant – Dispenser to join our team in Masham, Ripon. The role involves assisting the pharmacist and dispensing medicines, with hours up to 20 per week between Monday and Saturday. The position reports directly to the Pharmacist Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regard to company policies and procedures.
• Assist on the front counter and provide a welcoming support to patients.
• Be an integral part of a small, hard‑working and compact team.
• Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure the most effective and patient‑friendly customer service.
• Support the team's work ethic, recognising and empowering hard workers.
