Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with prescriptions, provide over-the-counter medication advice, and address customer inquiries.
• Prescription Handling: Receive and review prescription orders, prepare medications under the supervision of the pharmacist, label medications correctly, and ensure accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and stock pharmacy shelves, track inventory levels, and assist with ordering new supplies or medications.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, process insurance claims, handle billing, and manage the cash register.
