Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Flex
Pay: $57.50 - $80.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Summary:
This position is responsible for clinical oversight of patients on specialty medications being serviced by the UCHealth Specialty Pharmacy. The Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty Pharmacy will deliver high-level patient care for patients initiating and continuing specialty medication prescribed within UCHealth. Care will be delivered from a central call center to patients across the UCHealth enterprise. Care will focus on patient and provider education and specialty medication consultation as part of the UCHealth Specialty Pharmacy Patient Management Program. This position will also work c...
