Pharmacist, Casual - Community Clinics Pharmacy

We are currently seeking a Pharmacist to join our Community Clinics Pharmacy team. This position is casual, no benefits, day/evening shift. This casual pharmacist will work primarily at on-campus locations, but has the potential to work at any of our 9 non-specialty community pharmacy locations. This pharmacist will be responsible for an every 12 week Sunday shift. We are looking for a pharmacist who can fill a minimum of 6-10 shifts per month, which includes weekday availability.
*Purpose of this position:* Works collaboratively with the patient and care team to ensure medications are indicated, effective, safe, and patients are adherent with therapy. Maintains standards set by the department and translates policies and procedures into the daily operation of the pharmacy and ambulatory clinic.
