Pharma PMO Leader - Capex & Operations (Ras Al Khaimah)

Julphar in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a PMO Manager to lead, plan, and control the full portfolio of Capex and Non‑Capex projects for the Ras Al Khaimah Technical Operations. The role ensures governance, TIP management, project delivery excellence, and GMP compliance.

You will collaborate with Finance and cross‑functional teams, drive strategic prioritization, mentor the PMO team, and prepare portfolio updates for the CTO.
