Job Description:
1. Lead and manage the company's overall digital advertising strategy, execution, and optimization to achieve Registration, KYC, FTD, and ROI targets.
2. Manage advertising campaigns across major platforms including Meta (Facebook), TikTok, Google Ads, and X (Twitter).
3. Oversee budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign performance optimization.
4. Implement and manage tracking systems including Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Analytics (GA4) to ensure accurate data attribution.
5. Monitor account performance, policy compliance, and risk control to maintain stable advertising operations.
6. Build, train, and manage the advertising team, establish SOPs, and drive team performance.
