The role
The Personal Trainer is responsible for designing and implementing personalized training programs for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fitness, basic nutrition, and training techniques, as well as the ability to motivate and support individuals with different levels of physical fitness.
- Assess members' fitness levels and goals through consultations and physical evaluations.
- Design safe and personalized training programs tailored to individual needs and objectives.
- Follow class schedules and provide members with information about the different classes available.
- Deliver group fitness classes offered to members (HIIT, boxing, mobility/stretching, etc.).
- Monitor and correct exercise techniques during sessions to prevent injuries and optimize results.
- Motivate and support members to maintain their commitment to their training programs.
