Manoir Manrèse, a private seniors' residence located near Parc des Braves, is seeking a full time daytime Personal Support Worker to cover a maternity leave.

Completed AP/RPA training or DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Schedule: Full-time daytime position

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
• Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
• Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
• Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
• Respond to all emergency situations
• While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
