We are looking for a Leader, Personal Insurance (Sales) to join BrokerLink! The goal of the Leader, Personal Insurance (Sales) is to elevate the customer experience by spending meaningful time with their team, leading a motivated and effective group by developing and nurturing talent, promoting continuous learning, and fostering a culture of engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range (not limited to): 87,200 - 106,600
- Incentive plan: Annual bonus 12% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)
