The ideal candidate will have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful handling personal injury pre-litigation and an authentic passion for helping people. Prior experience settling cases for max value, using experts, research, & witness testimony is needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate
• Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
