Job titlepersonal assistantJob descriptionWe are seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistants to join a small support team for a gentleman with Down's syndrome and dementia living in his own home.

Requires one-to-one support during the day to help maintain his wellbeing, dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are looking for caring individuals who can build a positive and trusting relationship with him while providing person-centred support tailored to his needs.

Gentleman who benefits from reassurance, companionship, and a calm, patient approach. Although dementia has affected some of his previous interests, he can enjoy getting out and about, having a change of scenery but also likes the comfort of his own home.

Hours: Approximately 42 hours per week available across the team (to be discussed and agreed at interview)

Rate of Pay: £13.45 per hour
