The position supports me across personal and executive matters - travel, logistics, research, and coordination. I lead several ventures with international teams, so I need to have laser focus on what really moves things forward while everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly for me.
Work
- Travel: Flights, hotels, visas, scheduling
- Personal life logistics: Purchases, appointments, research, household coordination
- Organization: Documents, receipts, reports
- Miscellaneous tasks: Anything I come up with that needs to be handled
- Potentially: Social Media: X, IG, LinkedIn etc - Build personal brand/attract top talent.
- This role will be a mixture of on-site in BGC and online and executed from your phone/laptop
