Vacancy Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full personal assistant to the COO, CBO, and CFO; act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and follow‑ups.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings, events, ad hoc assignments.
- Handle executive correspondence, reports, presentations, reimbursements, approvals, documentation, and confidential communications with discretion and accuracy.
- Coordinate internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and office events as required.
- Support office and finance administrative tasks such as PO creation, reporting, equipment procurement, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a fast‑pace MNC setting.
