We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant and Administrator to join our team at 1EBC SDN BHD in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time role will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Providing executive‑level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient record‑keeping.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
