Summary
- The Personal Advisor will provide high-quality support, guidance, and practical assistance to care leavers and young people transitioning into adulthood. Working within the Leaving Care Team, the postholder will manage a diverse and complex caseload, including former and current asylum-seeking young people, individuals with unresolved immigration status, and young people with disabilities.
Responsibilities
