About the Role


We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC) to lead and manage a designated boutique nursing home in Cork.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide strong clinical and operational leadership within the nursing home
  • Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations, standards, and inspection requirements
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
  • Manage staffing, rostering, supervision, and ongoing staff development
  • Lead on clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement
  • Act as the main point of contact with HIQA, residents, families, and external stakeholders
