Jobs Responsibilities
- Handle Own Damage Claims, Windscreen Claims, Third Party Property Claims, Third Party Injury Claims, excess recoveries and non-BOLA recoveries.
- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, lawyers, third party claimants and workshops.
- Guide assistants in their support roles.
- Manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably, within agreed service standards, benchmarks or applicable protocols, subject to Management’s approval for claim settlements or offers relating to fatal or serious bodily injury claims.
- Approve payments within the limit of authority and ensure accuracy of payment details.
- Attend solicitors’ offices, court hearings, meetings and seminars when required.
