Perishable Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Department Operations Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Perishable Department. Ensure the department is clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times. Maintain high merchandising standards in line with company requirements. Implement promotional displays accurately and effectively. Monitor product availability and replenish stock as needed. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly. Stock Control and Inventory Monitor stock levels and place orders when required. Receive and inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy. Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. Remove expired, damaged, or poor-quality products promptly. Minimise shrinkage, waste, and stock losses. Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management.
