Performance Tester( 2 to 5 years Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Postman, covering load, stress, and scalability scenarios.
• Execute performance tests and monitor system behaviour (response time, throughput, error rate) to ensure application stability under expected and peak loads.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks in application, API, database, or infrastructure layers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance issues and validate fixes through re-testing.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports, including findings, risk assessment, and capacity planning recommendations for stakeholders.

Experience/skillsets:
