The role focuses on planning, governance, stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The PM ensures that Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) are clearly defined, tracked, and met, while managing delivery timelines, risks, and quality, without requiring deep technical expertise.
