Performance Specialist

Job Purpose

Responsible for enabling and monitoring the learning, development, and performance initiatives and programmes across government entities, ensuring their alignment with approved policies and the strategic objectives of human capital development. This is carried out within a project management framework, including project scope planning, implementation monitoring, resource management, and the measurement of project outcomes to ensure the efficient achievement of intended results.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the training needs analysis across government entities and develop and monitor the implementation of annual training plans to ensure their alignment with the strategic objectives, then translate these plans into training projects with specified scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans in accordance with the project management methodologies.
