This role sits on the Performance Marketing team. The primary focus of this role is Amazon Search Ads — owning Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Brand Video across our UK, EU5, US, and Canada marketplaces. Over time, supporting the broader performance marketing workload as needed, including DSP, AMC, and retail media platforms. The role also carries a secondary SEO and metadata remit to support PUR’s website.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Sponsored Products (Manual and Auto), Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Brand Video campaigns across UK, EU5 (DE, IT, FR, ES, NL), US, and CA.
- Execute and refine bid strategies, including fixed and dynamic bids, top-of-search placement adjustments, and high-interest audience modifiers.
- Manage daily budgets across portfolios (Core Gum, Jumbo Gum, Mints) and allocate spend to maximize ROAS and New-to-Brand acquisition.
