Kick Saas! We are seeking a highly driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own the execution and optimization of True Context's inbound demand engine.

Responsibilities

• Paid media: execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and third‑party paid referral networks such as Capterra and G2; manage monthly and quarterly paid media budgets; continuously optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting/segmentation; partner with Content and Growth Web Developer on A/B testing ad copy and landing pages; track and report on paid media performance including MQLs, opportunities, and pipeline; provide ongoing insights and recommendations to improve channel efficiency and lead quality.
