Performance Marketing Manager - SEM

**The opportunity**

Unity is looking for a sharp, data-driven SEM leader to own and scale our paid search programs across our B2B and B2C product lines. This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting within our GTM Marketing org, working closely with integrated marketing, product, commerce and revenue teams to drive pipeline and growth through search.

You'll lead strategy and execution for paid search — and collaborate cross-functionally with teammates running adjacent paid channels to ensure a cohesive, full-funnel approach.

+ Own SEM strategy, execution, and optimization across Google and Bing — including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, landing page alignment, and budget management
